How Voyazh Handles Data

Voyazh is a trip planning app. We collect and process only the data needed to run your account, trips, collaboration features, purchases, support, and product analytics.

Data We Collect

Account data such as your email address, display name, authentication provider, and user ID.
Trip content such as destinations, dates, activities, notes, budgets, packing items, collaborator roles, votes, comments, and invite tokens.
Email import content when you forward booking confirmations to a Voyazh trip address.
Purchase and entitlement data processed through Apple and RevenueCat.
Product analytics such as sign-in, paywall, restore, purchase, and collaboration events.
Support messages you send to us.

How We Use Data

To create and secure your account.
To sync trip plans across devices and collaborators.
To process trip invite links and shared planning activity.
To parse forwarded booking emails and suggest structured itinerary items.
To manage subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and restore purchase status.
To understand whether the app is working and improve launch-quality flows.

Service Providers

Voyazh uses Supabase for authentication, database, realtime sync, and Edge Functions; RevenueCat for purchase entitlement handling; PostHog for product analytics; and AI providers for optional email import and activity suggestion features. These providers process data only to support Voyazh functionality.

Collaboration And Invite Links

Invite links may contain tokens that let invited people reach a trip join flow. Treat invite links like private trip information. Web trip viewing is not enabled at launch, but the link route is reserved for future sharing features.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in Voyazh under Settings. Deletion removes your account, trips you own, and your remaining contributions to shared trips. Some data may remain when required for security, legal, or transaction records handled by Apple or payment providers.
